This fan with light adds a whole new dimension to the bedroom. The light casts a most beautiful glow to the room.
The instructions could have been a bit clearer as to what screws were to be used on what section of the fixture.
Other than this one point I would totally recommend this HunterCeiling fan. You will not be disappointed with
this purchase.

Difficult to find lightbulb for ceiling fans works well.
We purchased this fan 4 years ago, and it has been wonderful.Still does not make a sound when running. The finish on it is beautiful - no faux wood look.The only drawback to this fan is the shades.They are paper, and after time, they dry out and actually start to shrivel and crack.I'm afraid that they could actually become a fire hazard. 
This is my second Low Profile Fan, and my third Hunter Fan in the house.It mounts flush to the ceiling, perfect since i don't have high ceilings.I'll never buy another type of fan again.I have another brand and its noisy!If the room is quiet (while sleeping at night) you can hear the motor run.However, these Hunter fans are very quiet and work great.You can't hear the motor at all. I highly recommend Hunter Ceiling Fans.
This is a great product. I only buy Hunter fans solely because of its quality and this product is no exception. No surprises, all the parts plus, packaged well, instructions, outstanding quality fan well worth the price.
I desperately needed a new fan for my the nursery.We moved into a 40-year old house with the cheapest ceiling fans known to man.Since we don't have air conditioning, we really need our fans to work in the summer.The old fan finally broke and I went online to find something that was neutral but also bright.One thing I know I didn't want was a globe light because the chains pulls clang against the glass, especially if the fan gets off-balance even a little.The other thing I had to consider washow the fan mounted to the ceiling.Since our house was built more than 20 years ago, we don't have 9 foot ceilings--they are 8 feet.Most ceiling fans I found looked great but would hang far too low for us.And ceiling hugger fans are usually just that--fans only, and if they do have a light, it's a globe light.
All the Hunter fans I've purchased so far have this rather annoying mounting system where a large plate is screwed over the ceiling box and you hang the fan from it while doing the wiring. (As opposed to the J-hook design of other, usually cheaper fans.)
This was a replacement fan in an RV. Compared to the original, this fan is much more stout, quieter, and moves more air. Instructions were easy to follow, and allowed for three mounting options; tight to ceiling, straight hang, hang from an angled ceiling. A minor problem, that didn't prevent completion of the installation, was that one of the holes in the switch housing was punched incorrectly causing it to sit at an angle. A phone call to Hunter had a new housing on its way, no hassles. While the fan is easy to install for the average do-it-yourselfer, it does require some knowledge of electrical wiring, and some ladder time, thus it may not be a job that everyone would want to tackle.
The fan itself is fine, but the BULB SOCKETS ARE TINY. I was all set to put in my energy-saver compact fluorescent bulbs when I discovered they wouldn't fit, nor will normal bulbs. The fan comes with 3 flame-shaped bulbs fitted to tiny sockets. Did I miss this info here? It's also not on Hunter's own page and PDFs for this model.
I ordered the Hunter brand due to its reputation.I was not disappointed.The fan was easy to install and it is very quiet.It looks good whether running (no wobbling) or not.
