When the three fan pulls arrived, the packaging was horrible.The beak was broken off one of the birds.I installed them, my husband turned on the fan and the bird came off the chain, hit the floor and broke into pieces.The chain needs to be secured better.Very disappointed.

I bought 3 pairs of these pulls to put on the pulls of all the ceiling fans in the house.They are very heavy and good quality.It is easy to adjust the length needed by trimming the top of the pull and moving the link.I'm very happy with the purchase.
