Much cheaper than other places (like Home Depot for instance), we ordered two of these for our dining room and adjoining TV room. I thought about installing them myself, but then decided better not to since in the dining room it was replacing a chandelier and I wanted to make sure the fixture would support it. Good thing - the electrician said this fan had more pieces than he'd seen in a long time, and were no simple matter to install. Now they give a perfect atmosphere change to the rooms, both in the patterns of the light and the soft whirring sounds at high speed that sound almost like wind through the palms. We are extremely happy with this purchase!
